Not my usual place but the only place that could take me in my time frame. Came in with acrylic chipped on the tip of my left middle finger (acrylic overlay) and asked for a cut down. Both my middle fingers are shorter than the rest. My finger that was originally chipped is nowhere near the shape of my other fingers.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. We had a terrible experience here where multiple people from our party’s nails were messed up. I asked for a refund, and was refused a refund. I was told to sit here another 30 minutes for them to fix their mistakes and missed out on family time after sitting and waiting 30 minutes for our initial appointment time. In addition, there was a miscommunication between the staff to where we were literally chased out like we were thieves after I paid for our services.
So caring, professional, and funny! Make sure to make an appointment or drop in and come back if they're busy. Very respectful to people who respect them! 💜
