We used the Snappy carwash for my husbands 3500 Chevrolet on Colonial Blvd in Fort Myers last week and upon using our Snappy Car Wash card was prompted by the machine to pull ahead which we did. As we pulled ahead as instructed the movable arm had not gone up. The truck hit the entry arm and brook off. Whatever your complaint is the owner does not take responsibility for anything. I went there and they stacked. the cars bumper to bumper and the car in front of me stepped on his brakes like 3 times and I'm in a brand new Bronco. Well the owner accepts no responsibility and makes unprofessional comments back on your review. He told me they had several safe guards against letting the cars hit each other.
