the workers are very friendly and helpful. I asked them to hose down my truck's bed because the normal wash could not get to the truck bed. the young man obliges with a smile

I’ve been feeling frustrated for days now. I stop by to wash my car in the afternoons, and almost every time there is only one guy working—and most of the time he’s talking on the phone. He pays absolutely no attention to the service. Please, pay more attention!
