Outright thieves, I have no affiliation with these people or their company, took money out of my bank account and then told me it was my problem. Called through 3 supervisors and got the same answer, a pathetic "sorry we can't give out any information" I DON'T WANT INFORMATION, I WANT YOU TO RETURN THE STOLEN MONEY!!!!

Snapping Shoals does not care about their customers. I guess they don’t understand the concept of “no customers, no paycheck”! My services were interrupted on today, for a payment that was just due on the 14th. Unheard of!! No history of non-payment. No notice. Just interruption that cost an extra $90 in fees that they refuse to refund!!
