I have never in my life had a 400 dollar electricity bill. The sooner I'm able to leave this area the better.
I had a issue where someone i used to live with but since went our separate ways, being charged for an unpaid balance from the residence they moved out of. I know there have been some negative reviews regarding snapping shoals. First i dont feed into others negativity. I have had EMCs all my life with no issues. I called snapping shoals EMC about this charge on my account and after explaining everything they subsequently removed the charge. Danica was ESPECIALLY helpful. I’ve been a customer for almost 10 years. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
Me and my husband live in the area that required snapping shoals, we use to have Georgia power never had any issue. This has to be the most unorganized, unprofessional electric company in the universe. I would never recommend them and we are stuck that tag on fees after fees they don’t work with you at all. They turned my lights off because I miss understood the amount by 23 dollars when I said I can pay it they decided to add 50 dollars reconnection and 50 dollar deposit fees it’s ridiculous.
