I am a builder and have no choice but to work with this highly unprofessional company. They have a monopoly so if you are building, living or running a business in their area you have NO choice! Their customer service is worse than an interaction with AI bots, because you don't have the same expectations from the bots that you do from a person. Snapping Shoals is a rip off and very expensive. I was out of state and got a bill over $100 when call to find out why they don’t answer. Have called on several occasions and they never answered my calls! They are only there to rob us of our money but not there to respond any questions. If anyone has the option of going with other services please do NEVER go with these guys.
Bought a home in McDonough, snapping shoal service only, can’t get GA Power. I got two EV cars and was hoping they had off peak hours for charging but they do not. I would charge from mid night to 5am but there’s no point, there is no saving options at all. Never had such expensive electric bill before.. idk man.. also I have auto withdrawal on, but sometimes I like to pay my bills all together when I do my water and gas bill, but the auto withdrawal will take the money out, even when you paid 1 week in advance.
