Wish I could give zero stars I hate this company….if I would’ve known that I could not use Georgia Power when purchasing my home I would have not purchased in this area just because of this company!!! they have made my first time home owner experience even more miserable than the realtor did! $600 light bills for just two people living in a home is freaking ridiculous then all of the hidden fees. My bill has gone extremely high this year! Our power usage is still about the same. If you are someone who struggles to pay the astronomical balances on your bill, they are the absolute worst. The customer service is very lacking thanks to the people at the top who makes all the decisions. Unless you are living under a rock. It is clear that so many people are going through a difficult time. Please STOP the greed!

SNAPPING SHOALS IS LITERALLY THE WORST AVOID THEM AT ALL COST IF YOU CAN I LITERALLY MISS GA POWER SO MUCH they will literally turn your lights off if you owe as low as a $1 it’s crazy literally i heard $343 so that’s what i paid I get a bill that says pass due balance of $1 an my new bill so im like ok ill just pay it with the new bill I thought wrong because they definitely turned them off GA POWER would NEVA
