Woke up to find one of their employees sitting in their truck staring in the back of my home like he was watching a show. Called the company and the unprofessionalism is palpable. Snapping shoals if you work with the public at least make sure ur employees are respectful of the houses around them. My life is not a show for your employees pleasure
I am a builder and have no choice but to work with this highly unprofessional company. They have a monopoly so if you are building, living or running a business in their area you have NO choice! Their customer service is worse than an interaction with AI bots, because you don't have the same expectations from the bots that you do from a person. Horrible company. Sorry if you live in their monopolistic service area. Great example of why consumers should have competitive options...this company would be bankrupt in a NY minute.
Snapping Shoals is a rip off and very expensive. I was out of state and got a bill over $100 when call to find out why they don’t answer. Have called on several occasions and they never answered my calls! They are only there to rob us of our money but not there to respond any questions. If anyone has the option of going with other services please do NEVER go with these guys.
