I have applied for service 5 times and no response. Then again all contact info is all wrong. What's the correct number to apply for service
I would not recommend this company. If it were not a requirement of my apartment complex, I would not use Snapping Shoals. Unfortunately, they do not offer any hardship programs, and their approach seems focused more on revenue than on supporting their customers.
A 2.3 rating? I believe it. The bill fluctuations are insane. The associates are so condescending when you call in to customer service. Rude is an understatement. Do better.
Snapping Shoals has been excellent in every interaction I have had with them. From utilities on for an inspection, turning service on and dropping lines for trees to get trimmed, they have been great so far. When I call someone actually answers instead of putting me into a phone maze. From the folks that answer the phones to the linepeople out there, I have been very impressed with them! Thank you all so much!
