Paid $2900 down for a customized trailer. Made a specific request for a vent to be placed in the front, both I and sales rep signed off on the diagram, have that email, others stating we'll make it exactly how I want it. I come pick to pick it up, the vent is on the side, There are cracks/spaces everywhere on the panels, wasn't like that on the other trailers in the yard, rust on the frame, this is supposed to be brand new, the caulk trim looks like garbage in many places...again $2900 down, and this is how they treated me. ... read more

Great experience, got rid of my 5x8 and upgraded to a white 6x12 Douglas extended height that I picked up from snapper . Everything looks great on the trailer. Some surface rust on the tongue but that’s to be expected when it’s out in the rain. I’m very happy with how smoothly the experience went. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Couldn’t be happier with my trailer. So far so good!
I love my new trailer. This is much better than paying Uhaul crazy high prices.
It was a good experience working with Chris Farwell purchasing the trailer I bought. The trailer is the first one I've ever owned and very glad I bought it. The price was very good compared to other trailer companies I checked with. Thank you Snapper Trailers.
