Don’t buy a trailer here! It will come apart and they are no help in fixing it. We purchased a trailer here in October of 2022 now just less than 2 years later the frame is coming apart in multiple places and you can literally see the ground from inside the trailer where it has separated. It’s not safe to tow but the warranty company wants us to drive it an hour away for them to look at. The manufacturer should not be allowed to make trailers. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!
Never buy it here Warranty company can never contacted its a place where sales say it has nothing to do with Warranty I will continue to do bad reviews until I become a Warranty
AVOID AT ALL COST! At this point, I can not recommend anyone use this company (any branch) for their trailers. So far, I've had a terrible experience. My first salesperson stopped responding after we had already planned the trailer, and I asked about which of their financing options would be the best. A new guy (Richard) helped me after I couldn't get the first guy to respond for 2 weeks. Said the other guy was new and didn't know exactly what he was doing. Richard got it lined out, and everything seemed okay. Then, the buil... read more
