Update: Due to my pleasant experience, last year, I decided to return. I have not received my return and any attempts to make contact with this establishment have been dodged. I called 4/26/24 to see what might have caused this delay and was told the person that takes care of these sorts of calls would get back to me. I have not heard back. The contact form on the website does not work. I emailed 5/9/24 only to receive an undeliverable response. I attempted to call again, today, during normal business hours. Theresa was such a sweetheart! Honestly, She really helped me with my taxes! She helped me with my taxes and was so patient in explaining everything to me. Even though I'm new to filing independently, she never made me feel dumb! Anyways real girl's girl!
