Although the government has caused delays in refunds being that it was intermittently closed. Snapback taxes has done everything within their means. To make this delay with tax returns that has been caused by the government. Yet another phenomenal service in getting their customers tax return as speedy as possible! Owners are very tentative to their customers, and always take constructive criticism to make their customers satisfied, and are great at ensuring excellence!
They go above and beyond for you You can get up to $1200 within less than 24hrs/service is always great! They have a play area for the kids/ tv for us to watch while we wait...the wait time is fast..im in and out!! Way to go snapback
I never had any problems with this place until today when I called to inquire about my return and was spoken to with an attitude by the owner. He could not give me a straight answer and just kept directing me to the IRS website. In the last 4 years I have received my return within a week after filing and this year apparently no one from that place has received anything as of yet. This was my first year with them and they were really nice and they have a play area so I was able to do my taxes in peace thanks be back next year :)
