The baby wouldn't cooperate so we didn't get any images. She did have us come back to try again, but same results. $150 is a lot to pay to get no pictures. No partial refund was offered. We paid for a cd of pictures but didn't get anything besides a small piece of paper with the heartbeat line on it. I know it's not her fault the baby wasn't in a good position but it wasn't our fault either and we didn't get what we paid for. I had an amazing appointment here. Kyla Pace was super nice and informative. My baby wouldn't move her legs to do the gender scan so we had to wait a minute for her to move but Kyla was super patient about it. Everyone should come here for affordable extra ultrasounds!!
