Excellent throughout the process. Nathan provided knowledgable advice and a clear quotation for my home air conditioning (Air to air heat pump), and the professional installation team led by Andrew were friendly, clean and clear in communication throughout the work. My installed Daiken Multi system has worked very efficiently (and quietly) to comfortably warm my house throughout winter. The system is on track to achieve the stated SCOP of above 5 showcasing its benefits compared to the usual air to water heat pumps on offer.

I'm very happy with the air to air heat pump unit that Snap Services have installed in our house. The unit specified met our requirements at an attractive price.
