Went to see the owner as I wanted a small booklet printed and bound. I wanted some advice on the paper stock, but instead of showing me what they had, he asked me about the stock I wanted. After several attempts, he finally showed me what a stock to use. I tried to hand him the file on a USB drive with my name and phone number on it so that he could get back to me with an estimate and timeframe.
