I came looking at your website on quick turnarounds but you guys are a very small company to say stuff like "quick turnaround" if you have the capacity of only producing 10 customer letterheads and stuff and require 10 business days? If i had time, i could print them all using my printers at home. Very bad customer service. Super disappointed. The person I spoke to, needs to wake up from her sleep and work more for the company.
Really great service. The people there are friendly, professional and have an excellent eye for detail. If something doesn't work as planned (which can happen), they won't hesitate to redo the job until it's perfect, ensuring that you always get the best quality stuff. They also do small print runs of 1-10 books! And the quality of their work is exceptional! I couldn't be happier with my printed manuscript and have no hesitation referring them to everyone I know. I'm only sorry I couldn't offer them more stars!!!

My client and I went through a very time-consuming and difficult process of trying to source quotes to get her hardcover book printed. We faced difficulty at every turn, including unsolicited advice that soft cover is better (even though my client was willing to pay for hardcover) and that the book wouldn't be able to fold flat if glue bound.
