Unfortunately, my experience dealing with Howard, the manager, left a lot to be desired. From the very first phone call, the tone was... let’s say, unnecessarily condescending. I mentioned I already had a design and just needed it printed — no need for a graphic design lecture. But after emailing through the file, the arrogance somehow managed to level up when I was told, "You clearly don't have any idea what you're doing, I can tell." Classy.
