Tried to find the store and couldn’t even get in to make a purchase
I run a private auto repair shop in Woodbridge and recently contacted my local Snap-on rep for an urgent tool need Their knowledge. responsiveness and professionalism were top-notch, delivering exactly what I needed to keep my shop running smoothly The tool quality and service were outstanding. Highly recommend Snap-on to anyone in Woodbridge five stars for going above and beyond
Snapon Franchisee Joel Nickerson (and his college Nick Smith) who handle Dartmouth, Halifax and surrounding areas of Nova Scotia are AMAZING to deal with. They were quick, responsive, polite, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and HIGHLY recommended them to everyone.
Warranty has become a nightmare. I have to ship a single socket back myself and wait a week+ to hear back if I am even getting a replacement. Snap-on is far behind other tools brands with ease of warranty. These tools aren't viable anymore as a full time technician.
