I can not stand the shipping and recieving women here like it took me an hour to pick up a drop and hook because they couldn't give simple instructions like if u know the loads not on the same damn lot then why not respect my time and tell me? Had me driving around this mediocre lot looking for a trailer that wasn't here! They have a shipping and receiving window but you're forced to stand outside. You're not allowed in the shipping lounge to check in. Very unprofessional! It's 31° and windy! I had to stand in the cold for 30 minutes.
