Save your money, low quality expensive stuff.
Since Snap-On owns Williams I am writing them the review. I have tried for weeks to get a new 10mm socket set to me because well, IT DOESN’T FIT ON A 10mm NUT!!!! Inquiries through the website, emails, even a call to customer support and all I get in return is a “we’ll get back to you”. This has been going on for a month now. I’ll happily send the crap one back once I get my new one but with the runaround I have been getting I’m not sending that sucker back till they step up and fix the situation, then they can have their cr... read more
Go to Harbor Freight, you can get 4 times the amount of tools and they have the same warranty. Also nowadays Snap on is using Chinese metal to save cost. Trust me, I've been a dealer tech for 30 years.
