My poor dad was sold a Zeus scanner with a bad battery. He reached out to customer service weeks ago and told them he needed to cancel the Zeus subscription and to explain to them that the battery was bad in the scanner. They told him that they would call him back after they spoke to a supervisor, but weeks later, there was no phone call.
I just want to say - Micah from the compliance department has been extremely helpful. He really spent a lot of time to help resolve an issue & I couldn't be more thankful for his assistance in the matter. Truly a great company who cares about the well being of their clients. Thank you!!!
