Looks like a nice gym and my friends who go there like it. Tried visiting twice within staffed hours (albeit lateish) and the bloke had already left, called him yesterday and got a hold of him and he confirmed his opening hours and spoke about signing up today. Tried coming today 40 mins after he was meant to arrive and no one there. Just going to use a competitor who has reliable staff, good luck cancelling your contract with this mob... you have to do it in person and the bloke is never there!
SnapFitness is no longer there
Tried calling them for two days and sent an online enquiry form, but no response. Seems like they don't want new members.
It would be a 5 star if it weren't for the process of canceling membership. Specifically, they were too lazy to cancel my payment after the set termination date, and after I provided evidence and requested a refund on the overdraw, they stopped replying to emails. Pretty nasty ending really.
