I love coming here. Management and owners are super friendly, I almost never have to wait long to use equipment, the facility is clean and best of all I can go anytime! Plus I feel great when I am done working out!

I love the owner. She’s so fun and loving. The place is very close to my house for quick workouts. It has everything you need to get into shape or just feel better about yourself. The rates are great. It’s small enough to feel comfortable with out the over whelming of feeling watched by others while you workout. Check it out.
No fans in front of treadmills! Can’t possibly run more than a couple of miles without melting! They have fans on the floor but no room in front of treadmills to put them. Poor planning for sure.👎
Clean, convenient and has everything I need to get a great workout! The staff is accommodating and very helpful. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends.
One of my favorite snaps! It's smaller but has everything you could want! Just wish it had a regular eliptical machine. The manager is awesome and great to work with!!
