A little run down, the attendant was on the treadmill and did not give a tour just said look around and let me know if you have any questions.
Convenient
One of the best gyms I've trained in. The manager is there frequently and very social. Place is kept clean and equipment is well kept. If an equipment is broken it's usually fixed quickly. I definitely recommend getting in shape here.
