Was deadlifting and bar grip became poor past 170+. Gem of a lady at the front desk saw and came over with liquid chalk without a word. Saved my session as I don't usually train in snap fitness

Only recently joined the gym and absolutely loving it! The facility’s are super clean and I really really enjoy doing the classes! I’m not going to lie I had no clue what I was doing at first so a special thanks and appreciation review for Liam he’s helped my friend and I come up with a plan suited for us to help us get to our end goal and has demonstrated the machines to us etc. I think it’s great having a younger staff member because i feel like it’s much easier to communicate and understand one another he has been a huge ... read more
