Only kept my membership due to the location of my home at the time. For 5 years I was a member and for those 5 years came an annual fee for “ gym enhancement “. Broken equipment, unsanitary equipment and lack of staff didn’t help. The only rowing machine has had a broken handle for 5 years and never fixed with the enhancement fees. Tried calling this place three days in a row and messaged then on fb asking for rates. They refused to answer the simple question of " what are you rates ?" Asked me for a tour, I declined and asked rates again to be ignored and left on read.
