I love this gym. It has everything for a great workout- cardio equipment, weight machines, free weights, etc. The atmosphere is upbeat and friendly. Highly recommend!

My husband and I have been going to this gym for 10 years. Through the years it’s been a little up-and-down at times however, a few years ago new owners took over and they knocked it out of the park. Lots of new equipment and spotlessly clean. We love it that much more.

I've tried coming here several times during the day, but every time I come it's unstaffed. The sign on door says "call for more information," but I'm a little weary as a lot of reviews on here have stated it's hard to get a hold of the staff to cancel if you need to for some reason. I talk to a a few members as they were coming out today when stop by to see if it was staffed so I could get a tour, and they said the staff here is very hit and miss. I've been using this gym regularly for almost year now. It is clean and well-maintained and has a great range of equipment. Management is friendly and responsive. I find the overall vibe of the place comfortable so I enjoy going, and the convenient 24-hour access makes fitting a weight or cardio workout into my day (or night) very easy.
