Great and awful at same time. INCREDIBLE selection of equipment, friendly members! After 5 years in various gyms I'd definitely consider this as a permanent choice. On the other hand staff are cold and hard to reach at times. And the environment is incredibly muggy and hot. As someone who works in the heat all day I appreciate a cooler gym environment.

Whether you’re just starting out or looking to level up your fitness routine, this gym has everything you need. If you need that extra motivation, Coach Andre and his team are incredible—knowledgeable, supportive, and truly passionate about helping you reach your goals. Highly recommend!
Love this gym the atmosphere, can’t be beat! Lots of space if it’s busy also which is huge ! Love the posing room and variety of workout areas .
