Absolutely love snap fitness me and my finance have only been there a couple of times this week after we both. Get done with work but it’s very well worth the membership fee and it’s a very clean fitness gym !! Can’t wait to keep working out everyday !! Thanks

30 day cancellation policy so after you forget to cancel and pay 40$/month for 4 extra months they can squeeze an extra month out of you.

Although it’s a 24/7 gym, their customer service isn’t. If you’re new and don’t sign up during their weekend customer service hours, they won’t respond to calls or emails until Monday, and you won’t know this until you try contacting them after 1 p.m. on Friday. To access the gym, you need a member card, which you won’t have until they assist you, even if you’ve already paid for your membership online in advance. They won’t compensate you for those days lost.

I live in Las Vegas and I travel for work. Gyms like this Snap Fitness are a gem to come across. Super reasonable rates, clean, friendly staff and lots of equipment. Every time I come back to visit Ironwood, I always come back to Snap!

Nice place, nice equipment but not always adequately staffed. During the winter months, access was denied because of updated signatures needed. I will add that this corporation had no problem collecting from my bank account while denying me access. All I got was a hand written sign saying “if you are having badge access problems, call the Ashland location “. Ashland’s location had a detailed sign on the door.
