Guess who got banned from Snap Fitness for speaking up about the truth? All I did was make a social media post mentioning how several pieces of equipment have been down for a long time, and instead of addressing the issues, they banned me. No call, no message, nothing. It’s disappointing how poorly things have been handled, and the list of issues with this gym just keeps growing. Proceed with caution if you’re thinking about joining. WARNING!!! May be the worst gym I’ve been to. Management and staff are unreliable and unprofessional. Gym equipment is out of date and old, not to mention one of the dirtiest gyms I’ve been to. I constantly worried that I’d get a staph infection. All my opinion, but I’ve been to better. Planet Fitness and Anytime Fitness are way better choices.

Managers or owners don’t know if they are hiring or not, don’t communicate, have been told by 2 people directly conflicting things. A lot of back and forth because they don’t have it together. Tried the benefit of the doubt only to be told oh we don’t have an opening til X month, then told I said something I didn’t and try to displace the blame.
