Professional and accessible for someone who does standard weightlifting. Turf area is great for extra space. Even though I bring headphones, the playlist is top tier! Watching Bob Ross while lifting is also a nice touch.
I love this gym! It is always clean with plenty of equipment. Coach Eddie’s classes are key to my fitness progress. She is incredibly knowledgeable and encouraging and she is always ready to modify for all fitness levels.
I truly appreciate the staff at this gym! Professional. Educated in fitness. Kind and respectful. I stopped by one day after leaving from the grocery store next door. I was greeted by Eddie (she is AMAZING) who was absolutely terrific! I came back a few days later and signed up! Here’s what sold me: 1. Location: close to my home. 2. Safety: members only access. If you're not too experienced in the gym, have gym anxiety like me lol, and are looking for a personal trainer, I can't recommend Tyler enough!! He takes the time to understand my goals, strengths, and limitations, and pushes me every session to succeed and reach my fitness goals. Tyler is professional, genuine, cares about his clients progress, and holds you accountable in the most supportive way. :)
