After having twins a few years ago, I decided it was time to kick start my journey in gaining my strength, endurance, and losing the weight I needed to lose. Tyler really helped me in my journey to do just that as my personal trainer. I am starting to rebuild my confidence and momentum to achieve my fitness goals. Thanks Tyler!
Tyler has been an amazing trainer for me. For a little over a year I’ve been working with him. He has helped me to feel better, have more energy, and most importantly, be able to keep up with my kids. This is a great place and Tyler is an amazing trainer.
Professional and accessible for someone who does standard weightlifting. Turf area is great for extra space. Even though I bring headphones, the playlist is top tier! Watching Bob Ross while lifting is also a nice touch.
I love this gym! It is always clean with plenty of equipment. Coach Eddie’s classes are key to my fitness progress. She is incredibly knowledgeable and encouraging and she is always ready to modify for all fitness levels.
I truly appreciate the staff at this gym! Professional. Educated in fitness. Kind and respectful. I stopped by one day after leaving from the grocery store next door. I was greeted by Eddie (she is AMAZING) who was absolutely terrific! I came back a few days later and signed up! Here’s what sold me: 1. Location: close to my home. 2. Safety: members only access.
