Joined snap a good few months ago now, I have had a very good experience there myself, the staff are brilliant and very passionate about what they do. The gym does need an overhaul in some areas yes, but I find it very handy being 24 hours and being able to come and go when I please. Would recommend the gym if you want a good friendly vibe and not so manically busy you can't get on any machines for hours!

Been going for a few months. Really supportive people, made me feel welcome. Always there to offer a hand or give some advice. Plenty of classes to sign up for if that’s your thing.

I can’t recommend Snap Fitness Chippenham enough! The gym is always clean, well-equipped, and has a really friendly atmosphere. There’s a great range of equipment whether you’re into weights, cardio, or classes, and it never feels intimidating. It’s also fantastic value for money. For the quality of the facilities, the convenience, and the overall experience, you really get a lot for your membership. A special mention has to go to Paris on the front desk. Declining Standards & Poor Management My experience at this gym has been consistently disappointing. The facilities are clearly deteriorating — the showers smell, leaking roof with buckets out, multiple TVs are broken, and the WiFi simply does not work. These are basic expectations for any modern gym, yet they remain unresolved. When I raised concerns, the situation was handled unprofessionally.
