Always a pleasant place to “do the work” needed to strengthen my body. Staff is great. Facility is always clean.

I have worked out with Jimmy and Bev for 6 years. They have always helped and been supportive of my workout journey. And have worked hard to make everyone feel comfortable and make a clean environment for everyone.
Beverly and Jimmy are the best! Very knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions about form, how to best do movements, etc. They are passionate about fitness and wellness. BIG BONUS… CLEANEST gym in town!
