I joined last month after trying out a few local bridgend gyms and found this one to be the best. very happy so far, and with a great range of classes. I’ve been doing mostly cardio but unsure how to ask for help using the weight stuff as i’m not very familiar with it
Excellent customer service. The gym is fully equipped and their rates are good too.
