Signed up for a “pound for one month” and since then(January) it’s been impossible to cancel my membership. I’ve had no email to cancel it as promised I would have one, I gon in person and cancelled there and the worker said he had cancelled my plan right there and then. 2 months later I’ve had 2 transactions come out as they’re still running my already CANCELLED membership. They also threatened to call the police and wouldn’t let me leave because the worker was offended and his massive ego was hurt. Wankers
