The worst customer service I have ever experienced! Staff attempted predatory cancellation charges against my postpartum wife that violate Australian consumer law. They refuse to resolve concerns from us about charges, they did not provide a membership freeze during my wife’s pregnancy and did not care that we were loyal customers with the gym since its opening day.
