Nice gym but small and gets pretty crowded at peak times. Training sessions occur on gym floor which can add to the clutter taking up multiples pieces of equipment at times. Equipment isn't bad but not all cable machine weights have labels identifying size of weights. Some cable machines aren't level and don't have rubber feet leading to wobbling when working out. Very clean. People are friendly. Lots of machines to work on
I love this gym a lot, I really like that it’s a 24/7 gym because I like going at night, it also has a wide selection of workouts you can do, overall a great gym.
My favorite location to go to! Super clean, nice variety of equipment, and it's never crowded like other gyms.
Worked with Eric twice a month for 55 plus folks Low impact and so good for us seniors. Tksss
