Great gym. Not only tonnes of brand new equipment and but a sauna with recovery suits. Suits are perfect for footy rehab. Corey was really helpful to me and our victoria country football team. If u live in palmaston area this should be your gym.

What a fantastic gym! I was up in Darwin visiting my daughter and needed a local gym. Corey was very helpful, friendly and made it easy to fit my gym sessions in. Very clean, great equipment and a really good vibe. I felt very comfortable which is always important when you’re a stranger in town. Thanks Corey, I look forward to seeing you next time I’m in town!

This has been my hometown gym for multiple years now. The staff are always so welcoming and are so easy to work with, it’s one of my favourite parts about coming in. Machines are great, and it has that small town feel to it where you know everyone. Definitely recommend

This gym is so quiet and warm and friendly. I love it! I dont feel like its a parade. Great equipment and facilities The quiet room is amazing The staff are helpful and kind
