Brilliant gym. Lots of new equipment recently added. Very well set out. Owner Mark is extremely helpful and friendly. He sure knows his stuff. My husband and I enjoy going for a training session there. Great atmosphere.

Great gym, we were only 2 weeks in the area. They offered a reasonably priced casual pass during staffed hours. Great friendly and welcoming staff. And good equipment. Gym equipment has smooth movement and can load heavy enough. Thanks guys!
The gym has a really good atmosphere, the new hammer strength machines that came in a few weeks ago is amazing, the staff is really nice and everything is kept clean.
