Rang in for a session and was answered by Hedieh. She was very onto it on the phone and friendly to talk with. Worked with Lalita the new PT here on deadlifts and had a great workout , super knowledgeable on correct technique and is encouraging. She gave some solid tips that have helped my form out a lot in just one hour. Gym is nice and tidy too! 💪🏽⭐️
If they had a hack squat then it would be 5 stars.
Best gym in the area, Always clean and tidy, top quality machines and great manager and PT's.
Excellent gym!! The manager Hedieh is really welcoming and is doing an awesome job at keeping the gym clean and lively. Definitely recommend!
