I attend the Active Aging class @10am Mon -Fri as many days of the week I can. The class is run by one of the trainers & usually there are several of us. It’s a friendly class & we often have a laugh! 2.5 yrs ago I was diagnosed with osteoporosis when I broke my hip. I joined SnapFitness to improve my bone density. I was told recently that my bone density had improved & if I was being diagnosed now the diagnosis would be osteopaenia . I also find it’s great for mental health as well as physical health

Been here a few days while visiting from Sydney and loved the location near the shops, easy parking, clean place including showers, gear (a bit old but useful) and good atmosphere music etc, haven’t met the staff but the place looks well looked after. Will comeback for sure.
