This gym is such a welcoming environment. Both the staff and other members of the gym are incredibly welcoming and supportive. I was super worried to start going to the gym, and asking for help is never my strong suit; but the staff and other members of this gym are always happy to spot you or teach you. Totally beginner friendly! There are plenty of machines and equipment. The space is always looking and smelling clean.
