Poor customer service. I visited this morning to have a look around, but was completely ignored by the female trainer on duty. I was left standing for quite some time and before a member had to open the door for me. The bathroom was also dirty. Better multitasking and customer awareness would help avoid losing potential customers.

Made communications with Julia about short term admissions to the gym while on holiday, she was super helpful and patient answering my questions over text and filled me in on a daily rate of $15 per day which you can use if you start you work out during staffed hours. Great Value and convenient!

I am bombarded from a debt collector I payed finish fees for snap fitness & am always being messaged by debt collectors even though snap fitness Said I had paid & account is closed now. Please fuc off with ejimcollection. I have nothing left this is abuse & annoying. I'm not paying anything more. Scam me
