5/5 Stars. Found my second home! Snap Fitness Surfers has completely ruined all other gyms for me. The vibe here is ridiculously positive, super welcoming, and filled with top-tier energy, no ego, no awkwardness, just good people getting gains, strengthening their bodies. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had a great experience here so far. The gym has a really friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and it’s always clean and well looked after. Big thanks to Mike for being so approachable and helpful. Definitely recommend this gym!

Been on this Gym since i stepped in Australia and cannot explain, how grateful I am for this choice. Staff goes beyond and above to make sure that you welcomed and feel embraced. Mike and his staff make sure to look after you, in any circumstances. They even learned words of my native language, so myself and many more foreigners can feel home, have a laugh and ease a bit of the pressure for being far away from family and friends Great location, great set up. Good location but very overcrowded at peak times of the day. The customer service needs improvement. There are air fresheners in all rooms spaying chemicals while you excersise. Things remain broken for months and nobody seems to care.

Horrible experience at this gym. The staff are incredibly rude and lack basic customer service skills. The manager, Mikey, is extremely arrogant and treats people with absolute contempt. Whenever you ask for simple information or need help with your membership, he acts like you are wasting his time.It is even worse if you are from another country. I felt clear prejudice and a complete lack of welcoming from Mikey and his team. They mock foreign accents and show zero patience for international members.
