I cancelled my membership at Snap Fitness South Perth, paid the full cancellation fee, and confirmed in writing that no further debits were authorised. Despite this, the gym has continued to attempt charges from my account. My emails and phone calls have gone unanswered, which has left me feeling completely disrespected as a customer.
