Travelled from Melbourne and Sherwood snap was around the corner from where I stayed. Loved the different range of equipment, the down stairs weights room was impressive and love the aftercare options such as massage gun and sauna.
Good gym friendly staff
Best gym is the area by far. All brand new, great supportive staff and the trainers have been a great help to me.
There are much better gyms in Rocklea or Indooroopilly. Issues with this gym include: - Cramped for space. Poor design on floorspace. No proper warm-up or stretching area upstairs - IT systems always failing on cardio machines - Need to use access pass again to get into downstairs zone (why??). It doesn't make you feel welcome. I changed to a new gym after 3 months, and am much happier now!!
Honestly one of the friendliest gyms I’ve been in a while. Thank you for your existence, Toby! You make this gym welcome to everyone that wants to train in Sherwood. Looking forward for the next sesh at your well managed gym!
