I’ve enjoyed using the gym facilities, but cancelling my membership has been extremely frustrating. The process is not straightforward, and I was asked to jump through several steps that felt unnecessary. It shouldn’t take multiple emails and phone calls just to stop a subscription. Transparency and an easier cancellation process would make a big difference for members.

Be warned, predatory practices and poor customer service. I am long a term snap fitness member and have attended many wonderful gyms with supportive local managers. Unfortunately, Preston snap is engaging in unreasonable behaviour which has left me no choice but to reluctantly post this review. After not attending this gym for well over 4 weeks but continuing to pay my membership fees, I requested immediate cancellation of my membership.
