Amazing staff who are more then happy to help you out with any queries you may have, excellent facilities, air conditioned on those warm summer days and great tunes to get you in the mood for your session!
I can’t recommend the staff more highly, they’re so knowledgeable on training techniques and styles and they are brilliant at coaching you to reach your goals. The gym is always clean & it’s air conditioned. The members are great, with a safe and respectful gym culture, I wouldn’t train anywhere else.
