Snap Fitness Cranebrook is by far the best gym to be at, staff are so welcoming especially Sophie. Would recommend this gym to anyone!
Very nice clean gym, good customer service could use more variety on machines for example a standing calf raise instead of only a seated etc, overall quality gym

Hands down the best gym in penrith. Not only a supportive and friendly environment but the staff and trainers are always there to help if needed with a smile on their faces, top tier customer service. At the start of the year my mum who lives 3hrs away was diagnosed with terminal cancer and due to travel costs i had to pause my membership which was not only hassle free but I also received a beautiful text message from the team.
