Really friendly manager who welcomed us. Good equipment and a lot of machines, only all the plates and dumbbells were mixed and all over the place. But still, we had a good workout, thanks😊.
Terrible experience with Snap Fitness. I gave notice to cancel months ago but was pushed into pausing instead, creating unnecessary complications. Even after providing medical and physio letters, they still refuse to cancel without a hospital letter which is something never mentioned in the contract. On top of that, the gym is always overcrowded after work, so I never had a real chance to exercise. Completely unfair, stressful, and unprofessional. Would not recommend.
