We were denied a free trial after expressing we wanted to sign up as this gym but wanted to first check out the facilities. We are locals (living 600m away). We were told they do not offer trials as it is a high tourist zone. In a competitive industry you would think they’d do anything they could to get new customers (especially locals) through the door. It was unwelcoming and I will be passing this experience on. They might want to review their business model- a more consistent policy across Snap locations would be better. ... read more

Great experience! Clean, compact gym with new equipment in good working order. Really like the treadmill functions. Also super friendly and down-to-earth staff who can help you out with short-term memberships for visitors to the area if you ask - very helpful discovery for us 😄
