Signed up to join at Snap Fitness, Mt Lawley - Paid 51.90 for the two weeks with 0.00 upfront cost. Great! Popped down on a Saturday and was told I can't use the gym unless I pay $100.00 for an access card! The guy at the desk was great, it wasn't his fault, he's just following what the system tells him. I Explained at no point was I made aware of any additional cost - I would never sign up to any gym where you pay a fee for a piece of plastic, let alone $100! I thank Vonnie cause I never met an adorable staff member like this until yesterday, she made my subscription. The gym was even better than what I expected. And it was not busy at all which is so nice! Thanks
