It’s a shame, this place used to be one of the most peaceful places to work out. It’s a small gym, but you had the option to turn down the volume of the music, which was amazing for neurodivergent people. Now the music is always at a obnoxious volume that can always be heard through headphones. Really bad. The levels in the gym have died down since this change. Change it back guys. great gym a little small but had all the basics to get your session done, girl behind the desk on Friday afternoon was very friendly when i came to collect my card.

I approached the front desk to inquire about of discount in my credit card However, I was met with rude and disrespectful behavior from the staff member on duty. Despite my polite inquiry, they responded in a dismissive manner and made me feel unwelcome. This type of treatment is unacceptable and does not align with the values of customer service that Snap claims to uphold.
