Good equipment. Music is too loud that you can’t enjoy your own music and your phone will not have internet unless you use the wifi that’s terrible.
I've trained at a lot of gyms and have been a member at Snap Maroochydore for nearly a year. This gym is exceptional. The manager Curtis is so pleasant and always smiling. I see him cleaning equipment, tidying, talking to members, encouraging - it's actually awesome. The gym itself has all the equipment you need, its all clean and in working order. The floor plan is great. There is no ego in this gym, I feel so comfortable training in this environment. Well done Snap, look after your Manager, he is a gem!
Very poor experience with lack of communication. Cancelled my membership and was charged twice followed by recurring payments. Then when I contacted them for a refund was told multiple times it has been sent. When asked for proof they sent me refund details of another person and now 2 months later still haven’t heard about my refund
